How can I reserve the flat?

Do you require any reservation deposit?
Yes, you will have to pay the deposit into my bank account. 50% of the total amount to reserve the flat, and you will give me the rest of the money upon your arrival in Sicily.
How do I get the keys of the flat?
When you will arrive, I will come to welcome you. I will give you keys of the flat and I will escort you to your accommodation.
How can I reach the flat?
Renting a car at Fontanarossa airport is the best solution, and it will give you the freedom of enjoying different parts of the island. Otherwise you can get to and from Sant'Alessio Siculo by bus or by train. This solution is reccomended if you wish to stay only in Sant'Alessio. Buses and trains are slow and take more time to get you where you want.
Do you require any damage deposit?
Yes, I require 200 € ( Two-hundreds Euro) as damage deposit and 100 € (Euro) as key deposit. The deposits will be paid to me when you arrive and it will be completely refunded. After I get the keys back and satisfied that the flat is in its original condition.
Does the flat include linens?
Yes, bed linens and blankets are provided on request. The price is of 5 € for each pair (Five Euro are for the washing service).
How big is the flat? How many persons can it accommodate? Is it located centrally?
The flat is 55 square metres and has two balconies. There is a couch bed for two, a doublebed, and two single beds. There are also wardrobes, tables and chairs. To go to the town center you have to walk for 5-10 minutes, where you will find small shops, pizzerias and restaurants, Bars, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. To go to the beach you have to walk for less than 3 minutes. The flat also has a washing machine and a television.
Is the cost of restaurants and food included in the price?
No, the price does not include any breakfast, lunch, dinner, and beverage cost.
Is the cost of transportation to the flat included in the price?
The transportation cost is not included and it depends by the modality of transport that you choose. If you decide to arrive at Fontanarossa airport I will manage transportation for you from the Fontanarossa airport to the flat and viceversa. In this case transportation cost will depend by the number of persons.
Does the apartment have air conditioning?
No, the apartment does not have air conditioning.
How far is Fontanarossa airport from the flat?
The airport of Catania is about 60 km from the flat. The flat is located in Sant'Alessio Siculo in the province of Messina, and it is only 15 km far from Taormina.
Is Sant'Alessio a quiet place? Is it good for families?
Sant'Alessio is a calm place, very good to enjoy relax with your family. Youngsters will find nightlife and discoteques in Taormina and Giardini Naxos, but they will need a car to get there.
